They have threatened employees who have been laid off with not being able to file for unemployment. They have allowed tenants to have people who could not pass background checks, and have knowingly given the okay to illegal activities that occur on the premises. They have been intimidating and harassing most of the tenants, particularly the elderly and disabled. I have personally known over a dozen people who have had enough and decided to leave, as well as people from the town who have had bad experiences with the property. This is a small town with two low-income apartment complexes, so the high move-out rate is quite significant.
