On the bottom floor is the office,a laundromat, and a lobby area. It is well situated too, located in beautiful, stately Mission Hills near shops, banks, grocery stores, and restaurants. GM also has a nice patio in the back where they have parties and an annual rummage/bake sale. And the view from many of the upper apartments is either of the eastern mountains or the ocean.
