It was a cute apartment, everyone kept to themselves. However, they took MONTHS to give me a remote for my garage that was originally in contract to be given the Where do I begin, I lived at these apartments for 4 years. It was a cute apartment, everyone kept to themselves. However, they took MONTHS to give me a remote for my garage that was originally in contract to be given the day the keys where handed over. Anyways, when the remote broke and was turned in, I never got a replacement. After about a month I started noticing black mold growing on my walls and spores started growing on my furniture from the vent blowing them on it, so I had to replace furniture. This was reported to the office not once but 4 times and to the day I moved no one has done anything about it. With that being said Iv had to keep it down with harsh chemicals. Not long after that my bathtub started leaking to the point that when I took a bath it flooded my entire bedroom. To my surprise there was a hole that was patched up poorly in my tub. I reported it several times, no one ever came out. Then the seal around my drain to the tub started leaking because it was dry-rotted, again flooding my bedroom and yet again no one came to fixed it, ever. Additionally, they literally layer paint on everything to cover everything they refuse to fix up, its to the point that the paint is so caked on that it literally peals right off the walls! OHH I cant forget about that MULTIPLE times my apartment was flooded with SUAGE WATER!! Furthermore, I had complained numerous times about my A/C dripping and flooding my bathroom and causing leaks behind my bedroom wall, to my surprise someone did come out TWICE and instead of actually fixing the problem (clogged line) they just emptied the drip pan both times. This caused it to fill right back up and leak all over again! Finally I got tired of reporting things and being ignored over and over so by the time I moved out the entire bathroom celling above the tub was all water logged and molded and the vent was literally falling out of the celling and there was obvious water damage all on the wall behind the tub in the bedroom from both the tub issues as well as the A/C problem. Also beware of unruly children of about the ages of 3y-teens that play in the roads un supervised most of the time that will run out in font of you after clearly seeing your vehicle coming, they will yell and cuss at you while you drive by or while you are walking they will cuss at you and make rude remarks, give you go to heal looks for driving \"in their way\" Oh my vehicle has been broken into twice while I lived there. With all that being said the management/office staff SUCKK! There is only one lady now after the complex is now under new ownership this is the 2nd time in the 4 years this has happened and nothing has changed other then now they finally cleaned and opened the pool! The office is suppose to be open Mon-Fri however, she comes in when she fills like it. There is not a drop box for rent so if you arrive to the office to pay ON TIME and she is not there you can bet you will have a late fee. Dont get me started about how completely unprofessional that lady is as well, if what I have already said wasnt convincing enough about this place. There has been numerous times I have arrived to the office to pay rent and the lady had her entire family laid up the lobby with pillows and blankets and goofing off while she \"worked\". This office lady literally intentionally ignores my calls when she sees my number on the caller ID. When I leave a message for her to return my call, she never does. Iv tested this out trust me. Lastly, she will put eviction notices in your door claiming you \"failed to pay rent on time\" even though you have document proof of payment with her signature and date stamp on it or \"documents where not properly filled out that are required\" both notices giving you 2 to 3 days to be out of the unit. When confronted on the eviction notices she will claim that she put the notice in your door days prior to your call regarding it if you are lucky enough to get her to answer the phone.
