The rooms are immense and filled with natural light. I haven't had any issues with any pests apart from silverfish. I haven't been to the pool or the laundry room, nor have I gone into the office or spoken with any of the personnel other than during the latest winter storm. The posts that support the porch of my neighbor are a bit uncertain. The washer and drier connections on the porch are a great benefit. My deliveries have never been a problem. All in all, I was lucky to find this place after a three-month search for affordable housing, and I'm going to renew my lease. Update for the second year: The neighbors are still mostly friendly. Although life in an apartment can be exhausting after a while, this is something that comes with the package, particularly if there are kids above. I have begun to notice noise coming through the walls in the bathroom and kitchen from my neighbors. There are random cats roaming around, evidently from the neighborhood since I've heard numerous people feeding them. Recently, there has been an issue with dog droppings in the yard where my children and others play. The apartment distributes a newsletter each month which I enjoy reading. It's like being constantly picked on and degraded by a bully. We need to stand up together and make sure things get back to the way they used to be, with hope. It's too bad our expectations were not met. Nonetheless, with enough positive feedback, the rating of this place will improve. On occasion, there have been some bugs, but that is to be expected since we live near a creek. Marble Falls is generally a beautiful place to live; I have been here for seven years in two different apartments. Although, some of the apartments are old and need updates. The people who have complained about the living conditions no longer live here. People throw trash on the ground, and when there was a pool and swings, the tenants would destroy them.
