I am a mature senior age 76 who needs to rent a 1 bdrm apt on the 30 section 8 status Due to an unfortunate abandonment by my husband of 27 years I am left with a below poverty income from Social Security retirement funds This has been devastating as I am a mature senior age 76 who needs to rent a 1 bdrm apt on the 30 section 8 status Due to an unfortunate abandonment by my husband of 27 years I am left with a below poverty income from Social Security retirement funds This has been devastating as he left me and our young adult daughter without any assets as he ran off with another woman to Europe I currently am staying with my daughter amp her boyfriend in a 2 bdrm 1 ba apartment in Sacramento where there are no availabilities to rent We were used to living on a 6 figure income so this has been very difficult for me Unfortunately my daughter will no longer be able to accommodate me and therefore I must find housing some way As a note I am very familiar with the Nevada County area as my dad lived in Penn Valley for over 40 years in Lake Wildwood My stepmother still lives in the 2 bdrm house there but already has a roommate living with her after my dad died I have a good credit rating and have always been very responsible my entire life since I was a teenager on my own I have some money for security deposits etc but I just don039t have income I039d appreciate hearing from you Thank you **full.name.hidden** **phone#**hidden** leave a message on Voicemail more ... hide ...
