Michelle is the complex manager and shes so very nice. But it seems that the company doesnt want to pay to replace things like kitchen appliances and stuff like that. Or even repaint inside and we arent allowed to paint ourselves and it also has to be a certain brand certain color. And we are not allowed to purchase new appliances because again it has to be a certain brand and model.
