2022-09-12T15:03:56ZI lived at this location for two years The manager of the complex left abrupt and it became an absolute MESS I was told that my rent could be prorated during the month I was going to be moving out and that was not granted Had to pay the full amount a I lived at this location for two years The manager of the complex left abrupt and it became an absolute MESS I was told that my rent could be prorated during the month I was going to be moving out and that was not granted Had to pay the full amount and then I was told during the month I was not staying that rent increased and they tacked on another 50 I was told when signing my agreement initially I would get a 30 day notice of rent increase and sign a paper I never signed anything As a tenant who was praised during inspections for having the cleanliest unit treated the place like it was my own was never late on rent ever I am so incredibly disappointed with the customer service Very very unfortunate more ...
