It was like the office was empty and she was pretending to address the issue, but I couldn't hear her on the other end, she was quiet. I then sent her an email again and called from my daughter's phone; she answered, but was silent again and no one spoke. She then sent me an email saying the problem was with the phone. After that, she sent another email saying my case had been denied and the reason was something else. This is not my fault that the line didn't work and it's not my fault that they didn't try to contact me to attempt to solve the problem. I called the office the following day on July 19 and they said my case had been closed due to lack of communication. She got my paper on July 15 and 18, but she didn't upload it. more ... hide ...
