Its beautiful and clean The weekly day staff were usually nice and friendly However some on the weekend staff didnt do their jobs One morning my brother and I tried for hours to get someone to answer the phone because we were unable to contact my mot Its beautiful and clean The weekly day staff were usually nice and friendly However some on the weekend staff didnt do their jobs One morning my brother and I tried for hours to get someone to answer the phone because we were unable to contact my mother They finally answered and a nurse that wasnt my mothers had to go check on her because my moms nurse hadnt checked on her No one had since around five am My mom had pneumonia and had tested positive for covid They were supposed to have a nurse assigned to her They were supposed to take her her meals This weekend nurse should have know my mom couldnt leave her room and should have taken her meals to her but when mom didnt come down for breakfast she did nothing When mom didnt come down for lunch she did nothing The other nurse found my mom on the floor she had be there for hours She helped her into bed and left her in there She should called 911 That didnt happen until the next day We werent allowed in there due to COVID rules My mom died two days later more ... hide ...
