The apartment is nice, well-maintained and comfortable, regardless of the season. Maintenance is always on top of their game and acts as quickly as possible whe I was hoping I could give a better rating but sadly cannot. The new manager is very professional, knowledgeable and fair; however she isn’t available 24/7. To live here peacefully you must conform to the wants of a small “group” who believe they speak for everyone else in the building and only follow the lease when it suits them. There are no balconies or patios, so if you want to enjoy being outdoors you must go to shared areas or leave the property altogether. This “group” will accept your presence as long as your beliefs match theirs - religious, moral stances etc., which can be difficult if different or non-existent in comparison to theirs; additionally they decide who they like or don’t like living in the building. My refusal to comply with these demands has made me unwelcome and under constant attack by this group - making me uncomfortable writing such reviews about this place despite there being many wonderful people here that get overshadowed by these gossiping Karens! Lastly I would be open to changing my review if something was done about this issue but unfortunately nothing has changed over 5 years I lived here so I too am looking for somewhere more peaceful than this now that I have found a better place for myself - take it for what it's worth! more ... hide ...
