Even if you pay rent here but your credit score is not 625 they wont give you an apartment I was forced to move in a one bedroom with my sister Which is causing a lot of friction between us but they dont care as long as they get their rent

It is a very beautiful and quiet place the building is maintained in excellent clean condition it has a beautiful patio and pier where you can sit and enjoy the long Island sound right on the water
