Making an appointment is almost impossible since they keep cancelling them. On a Friday afternoon, I went there and I had to wait for hours. By the time I was done, it was too late to go and get a lab test as the lab was already closed, so I had to wait until Monday. They told me I could go to the Ryan Health clinic to get the lab done since my doctor had already requested it. On Monday, I went to the other one and they said I needed an appointment for a blood draw, so I had to wait for almost an hour for that. I have been calling them every day for them to send the prescription, but they have only sent messages to the clinic without getting a response.
