over all tjhis place is pretty good one down side if you need maintenance after hours it is very had if not impossible to get hold of any one at the emergency phones listed if not for this issue I would have given Union Manor five stars they do no over all tjhis place is pretty good one down side if you need maintenance after hours it is very had if not impossible to get hold of any one at the emergency phones listed if not for this issue I would have given Union Manor five stars they do normally take good care of the place here just that when something happens after hours you can never get hold of any one I could have a flood with an issue I had and could not reach any one and YES I did leave a message I called twice both times the same thingnOne update we do have problems here with a few people looking for trouble and have come directly to some body and accused them of stealing well stealing is a Police business and to take matters in you own hand and point finger at some one can result in a pretty hefty law suit so be advised FYI the Cops are watching you more ... hide ...

I am inquiring about a onebedroom unit I am in need ASAP I am currently unemployed but faithfully searching for employment As well as escaping a DV situation I am on the waiting list for a housing voucher and section 8 I am 22 years old with no child I am inquiring about a onebedroom unit I am in need ASAP I am currently unemployed but faithfully searching for employment As well as escaping a DV situation I am on the waiting list for a housing voucher and section 8 I am 22 years old with no children and would be the only tenant I have also rented on my own twice before The first time was with a private landlord back in 2020 on 31st and Holdrege in Lincoln Ne My landlord039s name was Gene and I rented that apartment for 450 on a monthtomonth lease until November of 2023 In November of 2023 I then rented an apartment at 1216 F street through Century Sales and Management That was a yearlong lease that I paid a monthly fee of **phone#**hidden** dollars until November 2024 I do still owe century money I039m not entirely sure how that affects renting in the future but I definitely like to make those who need to be aware ahead of time I would definitely enjoy hearing back from someone with more information on this property Thank you for your time more ... hide ...
