He had also been working extremely hard lately. I noticed during the night the problem still existed. He contacted me Friday shortly after 7 am to check on me. What I thought was commendable wS that he was off on a well deserved day, but still strived to ensure my problem was resolved. Unfortunately, I would be away from home until around noon. He took the time to mention the issue to someone else and it was resolved before I arrived home. His attitude of service and pleasant, professional manner is what I have always encountered with him.
