The management can enter your home with their key without warning. There is no playground for children; the landlord will drive them indoors if spotted outdoors. The pool is usually closed. If there is trash near your car, you may be fined, even if it is not yours. The landlord is chaotic and childish. You are better off residing in a shelter or the projects than here. Multiple tenants have complained regarding the management and the mildew issue. If you do decide to live here; best of luck and prepare to sanitize the mildew during Winter.
