It's not the tenants causing the problems, but the manager. She might not even answer the phone or respond to calls, and her office, located inside the clubhouse, is often locked, regardless of the hours posted on the door. Even if her car is parked outside, she might not answer the door. Paying my rent each month is a trial. There have been three maintenance men working here at different periods, but none for many months. All have been dismissed or have abandoned their post. One of them revealed to me that the manager gets infuriated with the computer and throws tantrums. Additionally, she hinders him from accomplishing his job. Phone calls to the head office are futile, as she merely states that if we don't like it here, we should move and that she has a list of people waiting to rent here. This list is highly suspect.
