They scarcely ever mow the lawn in the summer and during the winter you'd better be prepared to slip on the ice since they don't clear it away. They left mold in my c This was the most abysmal place I have ever been! The new proprietors are dreadful. They scarcely ever mow the lawn in the summer and during the winter you'd better be prepared to slip on the ice since they don't clear it away. They left mold in my condominium for longer than a week. When I moved in there was a squashy wall in the lavatory and it took them over six months to repair it. There is constantly clutter all over the garden and the car park. They permit practically anyone to live there (meth heads, people who make issues with other tenants, and loud, filthy, and repulsive people). They don't repair anything unless HUD is coming or if there is a review with corporate. The landlords will tell you one thing and two days later they will say they never said that or they don't recollect. They chuck away your kids' toys. When they do fix something, they will select the most economical way rather than just buying the correct part. This has been the worst flat I have ever resided in. I have been here for two years and the first eight months were faultless and then we got new landlords and they are terrible and have no idea what they are doing.
