The management is caring and efficient. In addition they have repainted all the public areas as well as installing new carpet and new flooring where needed. Currently they are in the process Ive been stalling new elevators. It is fascinating to me that Cranbrook Towers has a large population of Asian Americans and quite a number of people from India as well as Russia so it is truly a cosmopolitan senior citizen complex. more ... hide ... KMG doesnt care about me or the tenants here, many of them children.Rent somewhere else because this property management company does NOT care about the community.
