A thing I can say is that they dont have many people working on maintenance so unless your issue is dire, you might have to wait! Which is totally understandable, but I thought Id mention it!It is a close walk to a number of places such as Kilwins, Sunset Park/Bayfront Park, The Library, as well as downtown! The walk is a good 10-15 minutes depending on where youre going, even faster on bike! It is SO CLOSE to the water, when youre driving out of the complex you can see it on the horizon! Of course, its not lake front but for the price I think its super amazing that its only a short walk to be able to be by the lake!As long as you are a good tenet and just live your life, this place will be nice!! It is really great not having to worry about stuff like that. Our neighbors are quiet, and when we are inside the apartment we forget it is an apartment because it feels like a house. The only complaint i have is that the stairs on the sidewalks could be cleared of snow better in the winter time.
