From the day of our lease signing, we have been dealing with nothing but issues. On the day of our move in, a new manager had been unexpectedly hired (which in retrospect should've been a warning sign). The assistant manager had previously stated that we would only have to pay the first month's rent and security deposit (as stated in the lease agreement). However, the property manager attempted to have us pay for two months rent and the security deposit (a total of almost three grand). Additionally, they do not possess any maintenance personnel who are able to fix anything. Twice, our property sustained water damage due to the fact that they do not place splash blocks outside of the building. Furthermore, the children living there are unmanageable. They are constantly running into the driveway, where you are only allowed to drive at three mph. Not to mention, the noise is unbearable. Over the span of seven months, I provided video evidence of our quiet enjoyment being infringed upon. The property manager issued a lease violation, but that did not seem to have any effect. As a result, I had to contact the housing authority to resolve the issue. I will not be renewing my lease at this establishment, as there is no lease breaking clause.
