We reserved our apartment over three weeks in advance. On moving day the prop manager wasnt there to meet me as arranged that morning. The maintenance manager verbally assaulted my husband and told us to come back after 3:00!!!! We never got our $ back. HORRIBLE. In those years I found the staff to be very unprofessional, they pick and choose which residents they want to befriend and favor. I have recently been given a notice to quit on the grounds that I have someone living in my apartment that is not on the lease, however, all of management has known this since day one. They also had a problem with two cars being parked in front of the building because of the extra person. However, that extra person has been here for five years out of the six years I have been here. If you need to talk to them you cannot, they do not answer the phone. They have caller ID and so they choose who will be talking to them. They are never available. My neighbors left threatening messages on my door more than once and their property manager did nothing about it. On top of that I had two animals approved to be there with me before they got a new manager and she ended up constantly harassing me about my animals and attempting to evict me for them. They do not have good maintenance either, I requested several things to be repaired and they never did. They never gave 24 notice to entering my apartment like they are supposed to and tried to forcefully enter twice. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to rent from them or their other locations personally. I gave a 30 day notice of moving because I was beyond done with the harassment from their own office person/manager and she told me I cannot do that, she will file for eviction.
