The positives are that the units are clean and efficient, cozy and functional, with central air that you can control the temperature. The positives are that the units are clean and efficient, cozy and functional, with central air that you can control the temperature. It is close to many services, and Zillow rates the area as walkable at 76%. Sanguinetti Park, churches, schools, and a grocery store (Frys) are only a couple of blocks away. There are several restaurants and fast food places within a short walk, and the bus stop is right next to the complex for southbound and across the street for northbound. There is a good mix of young couples, singles, and seniors, and families with children are located on the other side of the complex. An enormous plus was the fact that I haven't seen any bugs - not a single spider or roach. I must commend the management for keeping it so clean. The negatives are that it can be a bit loud in the early morning and evening, as the complex is on a main road and everyone is getting ready for or coming home from work or school. Most of the time it is quiet, except for the occasional splashes in the pool, and after 7-8 PM, it is totally tranquil. When I first came to Yuma, I was looking for an affordable apartment. The ones I saw before Rainbow Apartments were disheveled and/or unsafe, not close to many stores and shops, more ... hide ...

When I first moved into Rainbow Apts it was okay at most The manager was Yolanda and she was horrible After a year she was removed due to her nasty attitude and unwillingness to be kind to tenants There was actually a BBQ to celebrate her leaving Af When I first moved into Rainbow Apts it was okay at most The manager was Yolanda and she was horrible After a year she was removed due to her nasty attitude and unwillingness to be kind to tenants There was actually a BBQ to celebrate her leaving After she was gone we had a lovely young woman named Lupita that was kind and very helpful to tenants She abruptly left because of issues with the owners Now there is Conrad who is also kind and is changing all kinds of things at the complex He has repaved the driveways put in bike racks put in new patio furniture by the pool he cleans the yard and is planning to put new grass new locks were put in and lights for safety at night Things have definitely changed in the 2 12 years I have been there He is responsible for the change I hope people see that things are getting better more ... hide ...
