As an example, there is a rule that there should be no smoking/vaping within 25 It has come to my attention that the complex management is NOT providing everyone with EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES, which is required BY LAW and stated in all HOUSING CONTRACTS. As an example, there is a rule that there should be no smoking/vaping within 25 yards of any building or in "common" areas; however, this rule is broken by those favored by management or those who are part of it. Moreover, they do not even bother to give warnings for any infractions but directly issue eviction notices without proper legal basis! On top of that, they will tow vehicles without requests or warnings while lying about the license plate. I am displeased with this kind of favoritism as it makes the management a huge BULLY. Also, I have issues with hypocrisy and power trips as their job isn't THAT important. Instead of disregarding people's needs for shelter from rain, one should be looking out for them! Therefore I will report them to Casper Housing Authority and other legal groups for taking advantage and breaking laws - something you should be ashamed about!
