For multiple months, there was no heat, and the air conditioning units wouldn't work in any of the apartments. It is assumed that the owners are millionaires and could have fixed the problem easily. Elderly people had to suffer and a class action lawsuit was filed, which was featured in the newspaper. The court is on their side, yet nothing has been done. Some people were allowed to install window units, but the bedbugs will always be present. In addition, the atmosphere is noisy with workers slamming doors, and some are arrogant and uninterested. The owners and the agent they send for meetings are not attentive to the problems. They listen, but don't take action. They did, however, fire the cruel and unsympathetic Tony Price, who had caused much grief to many, but this is the typical attitude of the people they hire – managers who are solely concerned with money. The root of the issue lies with the owners, who do not care about their residents.
