Nice place Current being remodeled one building at a time The stairs can be a bit much and the laundry is on the bottom floor of each building so access can be lots of stairs to find out if the washer is available

They are a total waste of time. It took them 3 weeks after I initially put in my application for them to reach back out to me, only to be given another paper application to fill out with the same info. Then Dont bother. Then a week later it turns out I wasnt given all the paperwork so I had to go back for a second and third round, which both took over a week to re-touch base. After I jumped through all the hoops and gathered up enough personal information that someone could commit identity fraud, I get told I dont qualify because I make too much money, conveniently after I paid the application fees and wasted in total almost 3 months of my time. Even if you make under the threshold, dont bother, you cant really afford to live there. You have to make under 1750 a month between 2 people to qualify (which isnt posted on the website BTW), so basically over half of your income has to go to housing costs. Not worth it.
