I have talked to several other residents who live there and their exterior doors and windows are in poor condition and leak as well. Its the same with garbage disposal, lighting fixtures and the toilet that we had to tell them several times wasnt working right. I was improperly billed $49.97 by David Lloyd for a new ceiling fan that is owned and should be repaired by Willow Heights as part of its regular maintenance. Anthony \"Tony\" Hines in maintenance is under-staffed. No on premises maintenance or staff except during regular office hours. Today I received a 5-day eviction notice from Davin Lloyd and Anthony Hines demanding $52 for a ceiling fan disguised as rent. I refuse to pay Willow Heights because the rent and pet deposit have been fully paid for August, 2015.
