The other phone numbers are not working and keep ringing. We contacted the doctor's office, but the contact number provided there is also not functional. I tried to call West Point Plaza where the home health patient resides, and spoke with the building manager. I introduced myself and our agency, offering to fax her the release of information the patient had signed with us for an update, but she refused to do so and kept saying it was not on their policy. We would like to know what happened to the patient we are caring for, and hope the management is more open to agencies like ours who are providing services to their residents. For now, we can only hope and pray the patient is doing well and still in the building. This is the first time I have encountered a building manager who is so close-minded and uncooperative. more ...
