Great location and nice front door staff I also loved the 1 bedroom space BUT this place has a roach issue I lived there from 20202021 and was scared to do laundry because they would be littered throughout the inside of the laundry room often They al Great location and nice front door staff I also loved the 1 bedroom space BUT this place has a roach issue I lived there from 20202021 and was scared to do laundry because they would be littered throughout the inside of the laundry room often They also would be outside of the laundry room doornnI would also see them by the front entrance outside and by the front leasing office inside All different types mostly dead but some alive TerrifyingnnMy last 3 months they started entering my apartment I had two show up and it was horrible and I was so happy to leave They did come spray my apartment each time and once maintenance killed one for me which was generous but still unacceptable for the price of the apartmentsnnI didnt pay full price because of COVID but the price did for back to normal once my lease ended Beware of what youre getting The exterminator came once a week to the building and they still didnt have it under control in the common areas and apparently the apartmentnnI would not recommend living here due to the bug issue more ... hide ...

BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN RIVER NORTH Ive lived at Asbury Plaza for 3 years now and I could not be happier The building is in a great location and the Red Line is only one block away The staff and maintenance are all friendly and extremely helpful They BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN RIVER NORTH Ive lived at Asbury Plaza for 3 years now and I could not be happier The building is in a great location and the Red Line is only one block away The staff and maintenance are all friendly and extremely helpful They even have some fun activities throughout the year that add to the community bonding of tenants The apartments although unfurnished are absolutely amazing and the views are stunningnnGreat inclusive price with all the amenities youd need The laundry room mail area pool and gym are all out of this world The building has only 3 elevators but you can always reserve one if needed for movein purposes theres also a loading dock located in the back Overall I highly recommend the place I absolutely love it here more ... hide ...

For this most part Asbury Plaza has been a great place to live The locations cant be beat The apartments are spacious and clean The amenities are great There are tons of community building events which are a fun way to get involved and get to know yo For this most part Asbury Plaza has been a great place to live The locations cant be beat The apartments are spacious and clean The amenities are great There are tons of community building events which are a fun way to get involved and get to know your neighbors The door staff are absolutely incredible and I love every one of them Maintenance is extremely responsive and prompt any time I put in a request The staff in the management office are kind and caring they treat residents like people not just numbers It seems like the building is well cared for  there is always some project going on to improve it which is both a positive and a negative since it can be pretty disruptive when working from home But ultimately I understand the need to keep up the building and invest in the future so no big dealnnOverall Id absolutely recommend Asbury Plaza to friends I do think the positives outweigh the negatives and Im happy with the time Ive lived in this community more ... hide ...
