I heard about some drug traders being relocated to the property. I had to pass through shady exchanges in the car park to get to and from my flat, which made it hard to communicate with management and corporate. I told them I was going to move, yet they didn't acknowledge me or provide me with any documents on how to move out, so I had to figure it out based on my past experience in a similar complex. Finally, after a full month, I got in touch and scheduled a walk-through/move-out inspection that didn't happen. After a lot of disagreements between me and the property manager, he fixed the situation and took responsibility for his mistakes and the ones of the old property manager.
