I lived out here 10 years ago and the management and staff were the most disrespectful people Ive ever met in my life Ronnie Cole and Kim Sawyer blamed and charged me for the fixings maintenance did to my apartment They claimed our maintenance men wo I lived out here 10 years ago and the management and staff were the most disrespectful people Ive ever met in my life Ronnie Cole and Kim Sawyer blamed and charged me for the fixings maintenance did to my apartment They claimed our maintenance men wouldnt use these types of materials When you have regular maintenance included in your rental agreement why in the world would I buy materials and do it myself Especially when I have no clue how to do household repairs and no money I went to the person above them Angie Scott to try to get some justice but instead I was treated worse Her words were simply Sue me because youre getting no where with this conversation At this point in my life I never been treated like this before by anyone so I was in total shock I bought a home moved away and never looked back There were other incidences that I could speak on but Id be typing all day Lowincome housing has its pros but more cons than anything Management has probably changed since I lived out here and I really hope it has But I discourage anyone from living out here more ... hide ...
