Considering living there is something to really contemplate, because the grounds need more attention. Additionally, there are some suspicious people that frequent the area.

It's been 6 years since I've lived here, and I haven't encountered any issues. The maintenance personnel are quite efficient. This place has central heating and cooling, great hot water and cold water too. The apartments are somewhat satisfactory; however, if you fail to pay rent for one month, the eviction process starts right away and they even ask the judge for a 3 day eviction. I would never advocate these people to anyone.
