The new management has been renovating the entire property. The hiccup I experienced was the office being completely remodeled. New flooring, hard floors are available at Garden level and new carpet in bedroms. the 3 bedroom is very spacious. Our apartment was so CLEAN! Matching flooring to walls which was professipnally painted no drops on flooring or on base board trim. There are some minor things that need fixing yet the overall condition is excellent. I have met most of my neighbors who are friendly, hard working, and kind. There is little if any loud music from apartments around me and also no loud music from cars passing by. This is a choice spot for a family with little ones move to. Office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Stephanie and Libby, are a valuable asset to Beztak. Due to all the improvements, updating and managing the needs of new and established residents please have patience with them. U can reach them by fb if necessary. Thank You more ... hide ...
