I would not recommend moving in if you a family. Most neighbors are drug addicts and Ive personally watched drug deals go down across the parking lot. Theyve teamed up with each other to try and get people evicted, Ive personally witnessed this. A lot of apartments have had black mold found in them and the maintenance mans solution was to paint over it. The playground was poorly put together and is already falling apart, Ive picked up multiple nails and screws each time Ive taken my kids to play.
