Susan the apartment manager is very nice and helpful along with Kevin the maintenance man but they are not the ones to blame for the rent increase. If we compare these apartments to other nearby apartments in the area we can find that here at windy lakes the appliances are not updated and we do not have washer/dryer hookups in unit like the other apartments in the area for around the same price. I used to love it here for the price but as of today I am not too sure if I can say the same. My neighbors and I all agree that rent is pricey and not enough bang for your buck.
