The main office is issuing a deposit check in his name to pay for the funeral instead of to his two daughters. The Kathy lady I spoke to ended our conversation without me becoming angry after such a horrible event for our family. They have sprayed for bed bugs and cockroaches multiple times. After my dad's death, a letter was sent from the main office saying that if anyone suspects a death or injury, they must call 911 and not check on other residents or they will face criminal charges. If not for the resident who was certified in CPR, he wouldn't have been found. My father was greatly loved by all the residents, his daughters and everyone who knew him, including his ex-wife.
