These wealthy, evil snobs are absolutely disgusting and we wish they would get out of managing the apartments. Then one day, the apartment manager evicted us for "non communication," when in reality, whenever we would go to the office for an appointment she had set up, the landlord was never there. She was supposed to be there from 8 to 5, but she rarely was. We gave up and moved out, leaving the apartment spotless and even fixing the small hole we had made in the wall. Instead of giving us back our security deposit, the manager is charging us $673 for "cleaning." We had to take out the batteries from the smoke detectors because they kept going off every five minutes, preventing us from sleeping. For the "damaged" smoke detectors alone, she charged us $135. Other tenants told us she charges people for strange things and then keeps the money for herself. Please help spread the word that it is not okay to treat tenants like this! more ... hide ...
