The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team is efficient when it comes to repairs. The trash truck will come if the dumpster is full, even if it's not trash day. The absence of carpets makes it easy to keep the house clean. Cox high-speed internet and cable are available. At night, the area is brightly lit, so I don't need to turn on the lights in my house. The only complaints are the loud AC/Heat, the lack of a bathtub, and having to supply my own shower curtains. The only restroom is also through my bedroom, and rent can only be paid with a money order; direct deposit is not accepted. There have been many times that others park in the spot where she is supposed to park. Its not fair to her to have to park too far away & walk that far to get back into her home. She has lived there since Oct. 24th,2014. With normal wear and tear I know she would be so much happier to have new carpet put in and walls to be painted. This is my suggestion.
