They dont fix anything. Here it is in the middle of July and the AC is broken by their own hands. You see a few months ago we reported the AC was down. They hire new people, it seems like every other week and when you call to report the issue, they rush you off of the phone. No customer service skills at all but they sure do take your money every month. We have lived here a long time and never saw it this bad. Last year they had a problem with someone pocketing rent money and kept saying we werent paying rent even with cancelled checks and bank statements. I tried contacting the corporate office but they pushed it back on Braden Creek. Security is all but obsolete.Nobody deserves to live like this and neither do you.
