Since I got asked about my most recent visit to a friend Ill explain my situation from living there before Wasnt worth the money to rent walls are paper thin you can hear everything anyone is doing around you You can watch many people deal and do met Since I got asked about my most recent visit to a friend Ill explain my situation from living there before Wasnt worth the money to rent walls are paper thin you can hear everything anyone is doing around you You can watch many people deal and do meth in the parking lots late at night no one ever plays outside or walks their dog if the landlord is in the office because shes rude inconsiderate and wouldnt send anyone to rent from her even if it meant they had to live with me or be homeless because they couldnt find anyone Looses payments and will harass you about it until you threaten to bring the receipts and call her supervisor does she then miraculously shell find when shes been asking you for and telling you you are lying and not even give an apology for being rude Still is very rude and ignorant to this day even though I dont live there anymore more ... hide ...

Indigo Apartments are excellent The property management company Excel leaves much to be desired Although it is advertised as a nonsmoking community Excel allows smoking in the common areas Originally smoking was advertised only by the trash area th Indigo Apartments are excellent The property management company Excel leaves much to be desired Although it is advertised as a nonsmoking community Excel allows smoking in the common areas Originally smoking was advertised only by the trash area then it extended to the gazebo then to the picnic tables and then allowed in the patio area Nonsmoking tenants have no place to enjoy the beautiful patio view because smokers are allowed to use the area for hours on end day after day Children are exposed to the smoke in the play areas During the summer months you can expect smokers to take over the community area The only way to avoid the smoke is to stay in your apartment more ... hide ...
