When I was moving out of the apartment in February, there was an incident that caused water damage and I called her multiple times, but Sandy is terrible; she is extremely unprofessional and does not respond to messages. I went into the office and got her card with her contact information, which was given to my insurance agent. My insurance agent tried to contact her for two months, but still did not get a response. Today, two months after the incident, I received a bill from collections, despite never getting any prior requests for payment. I emailed her to express my frustration, but instead of apologizing she blamed me. I find it unacceptable that despite being a great tenant for two years, I am being treated like this.
