On the surface, it appeared to be a great area for my children and me, yet I was sadly mistaken. Automobiles have been broken into, drug abusers and dealers are present, children run around everywhere, people are constantly trying to gain access to buildings, and cars are often leaned up against. The playground is virtually unused as the kids play in the parking lot instead. Additionally, adults can be seen smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol constantly, even at 5am when I go to work. Even late at night, you can hear kids screaming and playing in the hallways. It is not a suitable place to raise a family, and I am not content with it. Thus, I am terminating my lease due to the issue. Do not be fooled by this location; it is a complete sham.
