I resided at Town Centre apartments for almost five years, being the first tenant to move in when it was officially completed. Over the years I have seen a number of property managers and custodians come and go. Over the years I have seen a number of property managers and custodians come and go. The current management, headed by Angie Eudy, Ellen Gaskins and Teresa Trogdon, is both unprofessional and unpleasant. Despite being part of equal housing, they are not hospitable toward people of color. The only issues I encountered were during my last year living there, including multiple cases of racial profiling, receipt of numerous threat letters of eviction and lease terminations for minor matters, and reprimands for my children playing outside - which is not very family-friendly. Although the location is tranquil and close to stores and shopping centers, the apartments are spacious but not well-maintained. In the end, I feel the management should strive to better serve their tenants when it comes to customer service, respect, and basic decency, particularly for people of color. more ... hide ...
