Since this was during the Covid period, we were unable to do a tour, so we were just hoping for the best. It turned out that the reviews were accurate; we resided here for two years and we didn't have any big issues during that time. Whenever we did have a problem, they responded to the work orders immediately (e.g. our toilet not refilling, dishwasher not cleaning well, some wall by our AC filter got wet, and our washing machine not draining). They also reimbursed us for the washer rental while it wasn't functioning. They do enforce the visitor parking, so keep that in mind. The only issue we had was that our building (14602) was across the street from one another, so packages or food deliveries were regularly confused. It would be helpful if they put the street names underneath the building numbers to avoid this issue.
