Edit Rental Inquiry Hello: We are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in the Easton area preferably September first or slightly earlier to allow for a smooth transition. We are a 66 year old male Air Force veteran, 59 year old spouse and 2 small cats. We have a Section 8 voucher for $1137/mo from the VA (Hud VASH). We have perfect prior rental payment history for many years. We both lost our jobs due to COVID and are relocating from Dingmans� Ferry to the Easton/Allentown area to be nearer possible work and relatives just over the river in New Jersey. I am an FAA licensed aircraft mechanic and commercial real estate loan broker and have job offers in the area of Allentown. We will both be getting back to work as soon as we relocate. I once worked restoring large Hapgood homes in Mountain Lakes New Jersey and can swap work / repairs / upgrade for rent if a landlord desires such a situation. The two cats are small and very clean and housebroken. Past 8 years perfect rent payment history. No criminal past or anything along those lines. Both had credit in the high 700s / 800s before COVID Husband credit now low 600 Wife credit 709
