The community is gated and every night they are checking for people who are parked within the facility unauthorized for towing. We have put in claims of maintenance issues that were resolved the same day. The place is spacious! High ceilings, big rooms, nice sized kitchen, and you even have extra room for storage! The best thing is that they have some units that are income based and they screen their clients, so no felonies, higher level misdemeanors, or bad renters reports from previous apartments!
