I have only had positive experiences with my neighbors and staff. The grounds and personnel are well managed, and everyone keeps to themselves. If you don't live downstairs like I do, you will be spared the late night stair-surfing and clog-dancing. I have only had positive experiences with my neighbors and staff. The grounds and personnel are well managed, and everyone keeps to themselves. If you don't live downstairs like I do, you will be spared the late night stair-surfing and clog-dancing. The complex is welcoming towards pets, and I feel safe here. In addition, they will assist you if you are having trouble paying rent. The apartments are quite nice; three bedrooms for $855 a month, and no deposit required when you submit your application. Furthermore, water is included, only electricity has to be paid. This place is great if you are looking for affordable rent, low-income housing included. Michelle and the other person in the office (whose name I can't recall) are extremely kind and efficient property managers. The maintenance team is also on site, and they are quick to respond. Finally, the complex is close to Columbia and Springhill, and near the highway. So please give them a call and arrange an appointment to view the amenities.
