Lower management is treated like puppets and tenants are treated very poorly. They care nothing about the lively hoods of the children staying there nor do they care about the tenants well being. They are more money hungry then helpful to those wonderful good people staying there who are in need of assistance. They are real petty and choicey when it comes to inspections. They are inconsistent with rule regulations and who they want to apply it to. They will evict you for some of the most smallest violation.
