Have roaches for six months because they failed to clean the unit next to me for 3 months after the tenant left. Took them 6 months to fix a flashing on the roof that was messed up causing it to leak into my bathroom every time it rained and mold problem in the attic was never addressed even though they said there was no mold but there was the mold smell in the bathroom and my family and I started getting sick more often. I finally gave up and left and they charged me 1800. The office personnel are rude and lied to me multiple times and maintenance always had an atrocities because they only have one maintenance guy working for 300 units. We moved and now havent been sick at all and are in a condo which is better than the apartments Please stay away from here. No pets and only me and my small son lived there, and we had 5+ people helping to clear and clean the place 2 weeks before I was required to be gone.
