Even though renovation is now scheduled I lived here 2 years and there was no laundry on site. The brick walls within the units give off a prison vibe. They would wait until I left my home to enter on other occasions. Whenever I would go into the office for clarity I would be ostracized and turned away with no resolve going forward. Theres no way to follow the chain of command. Any tenant just has to go with the flow of things here. Noone is ever reprimanded unless its life or death here. This apartment complex is devoid of the projects or ghetto. Not to mention, tenants are given more than 24 hours notice when an inspection or maintenance will enter our home. Be thankful to know that if you submit a work order, the repairman will arrive at your door that same day or the following day. Furthermore, pest control visits the apartment complex once per week (or every other week) to help any tenant that has notified the office of needing it; and about every six months all apartments get sprayed. I am thankful to God for such a secure, placid, and joyous environment which I can call home.
