	PHOENIX PLACE APARTMENTS (4/5) (864) 227 - 6091 1401 PHOENIX STREET, GREENWOOD, SC 29646 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: water, sewer, trash pickup built 1977 (approx.) parking type off street parking in front of entrance no additional parking comments open parking. e Lyndia Belcher (3.1/5) They are remodeling right now. But they have no order. No help. And no consideration for their Tennants. Its really disgraceful how they offer no help to move their stuff, but they have to move their stuff OUT of the apa They are remodeling right now. But they have no order. No help.
